Have you seen the U.S. government's free resource site called FREE? FREE stands for Free Resources for Educational Excellence. For those teaching science, there is a link to Planet Quest, brought to us by NASA/Caltech/JPL, which has features for all grade levels; games, movies, and more.
Those who teach social studies may like the great collection of primary documents. With Presidents Day coming up, you may want to look at the great Abraham Lincoln collection.
For Black History Month, you may be interested in We Shall Overcome, a great collection of materials about the civil right movement.
